All registrations made for workshops, events, or training sessions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The event is cancelled by Draptor Technologies
• Duplicate payment is made accidentally
• Technical payment failure occurs with successful amount deduction

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Failure to attend the event
• Late cancellations by participants
